corn from the Yucatan with a stiff stalk corn from Nebraska and set
new standards.

trials show greatly improved weight gain for fish, shrimp, poultry, cattle
and hogs. The functional boost from added protein lets processors make
larger and thinner grits, flakes, tortillas and chips without additives
or gums.
Improved amino acid profile: Almost every amino acid gains about 25%
over normal corns. That means better nutrition and flavor.
Quicker cooking: Yubraska displays a unique starch structure that absorbs
water
much more quickly than other corns. Switching to Yubraska can cut steeping

Better starch: Yubraska offers improved starch functionality and an
